ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION OF PRODUCTION SYSTEM AND PRODUCT RANGE MANAGEMENT ON THE EXAMPLE OF «FEROZIT» LLC UNDER CURRENT CONDITIONS

Abstract

The paper is devoted to research of approaches that allow to analyze and evaluate production system and product range management on the example of «FEROZIT» LLC. The issues of development and support of construction industry enterprises under the conditions of military state of Ukraine and transformational changes of its economic system have been emphasized. The main aspects of product range management and their connection with further production planning have been underlined. The analysis of product range structure of «FEROZIT» LLC in terms of its core group positions has been made. The impact of current demand for product range composition on enterprise’s profitability and sales activity has been described. Separate statistical data of Ukraines construction industry development during 2020-2022 have been summarized. The internal and external factors of risk in the functioning of production and product range management system of «FEROZIT» LLC have been grouped. The industrial, national, regional, financial, law, innovational and professional activity factors in the performance of «FEROZIT» LLC have been presented. In order to define strategic points and alternatives of product range management SWOT-alaysis matrix has been made. By the results of SWOT-analysis there were emphasized few strengths and weaknesses of «FEROZIT» LLC in the sphere of product range and production management system functioning. The main competitors of «FEROZIT» LLC have been listed and from the side of performance on the target market the key competitive advantages were interpreted. From these points, in order to concretize the significant management activity in making further market potential, on the basis of current product range structure of «FEROZIT» LLC and with the help of ABC-analysis approaches, it was defined the most profitable list of products that are necessary on the target market. Also, it was described the economic meanings for less profitable enterprise’s product range positions. In this case, separate managerial decisions to stimulate the product range policy of «FEROZIT» LLC LLC have been substantiated.
