Abstract

An indicator of effective management and regulation of economic processes is the effective use of economic resources for the greatest satisfaction of society's needs. Production management has always been of great importance for the development of society. But now, in connection with the crisis situation in which Ukraine found itself, its role has especially increased. It is proposed to use methods and approaches proven by business practice, one of which is a systematic approach. He emphasizes that the organization is a set of interdependent elements, such as people, structure, tasks, technology, which are aimed at achieving various goals in the conditions of a changing external environment. Using the specificity of the system approach, it is possible to study the patterns, methods and techniques of the formation of a complex object, which is a mechanism for managing the economic resources of the enterprise, and its individual components. An important component of the management system is the management mechanism, with the help of which timely changes are made to the elements of the resource utilization system, adapting all aspects of production activity to the changing modern situation in order to achieve the goals of the organization. The concept of "management mechanism" is quite relevant in modern economic conditions, it is actively researched, although it is relatively new and little used. The mechanism of managing economic resources of the enterprise is considered as a complex system of certain components, the formation and research of which is possible with the help of special scientific knowledge, which is a systemic approach. The formation of the mechanism for managing the economic resources of the enterprise is an important stage in the use of a systematic approach to the effective management of resource potential. This approach significantly increases the quality of developments and reduces losses, as well as allows each typical category to be divided into unique actions that are characteristic of a specific enterprise. The article presents the factors of the formation of the resource management mechanism of the enterprise, which at a certain time period are of primary importance, they include: constant improvement of organizational structures, well-established processes of using the latest technologies, the formation of a single enterprise-wide innovation system, constant systematic analysis of the efficiency of the use of economic resources, accounting and the introduction of new international approaches, criteria and indicators of sustainable development, analytical research of the functioning of the enterprise, etc., which are of primary importance at a certain time period, these include: constant improvement of organizational structures, well-established processes of using the latest technologies, the formation of a single general economic innovation system, constant systematic analysis of the effectiveness of the use of economic resources, accounting and implementation of new international approaches, criteria and indicators of sustainable development, analytical research operation of the enterprise and others.
