ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ СИСТЕМ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПЕРСОНАЛОМ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ТРАНСПОРТНОЇ ГАЛУЗІ: ВІД КЛАСИЧНИХ ТЕОРІЙ ДО АДАПТИВНИХ МОДЕЛЕЙ В УМОВАХ ГЛОБАЛЬНИХ ТА ВОЄННИХ ВИКЛИКІВ
Анотація
У статті досліджено трансформацію систем управління персоналом підприємств транспортної галузі України під впливом воєнних ризиків, дефіциту кадрів, цифровізації та європейської інтеграції. Розкрито сучасне переосмислення класичних шкіл менеджменту й обґрунтовано перехід від кадрового адміністрування до людиноцентричного управління людським капіталом. Проаналізовано міграційні, мобілізаційні, психологічні, гендерні та технологічні чинники кадрової стійкості. Запропоновано методику «Адаптивний вектор резильєнтності», що поєднує цифрові компетентності, безперервність критичних функцій, психологічну підтримку, реінтеграцію ветеранів і міжорганізаційні кадрові партнерства. Сформовано практичні рекомендації для підготовки персоналу до відбудови та роботи у європейському транспортному просторі.
