Анотація

Метою дослідження є розробка пропозицій із забезпечення концептуальної цілісності теоретико-методологічного базису дослідження менеджменту організацій на засадах використання сучасних технологій проєктування та оцінювання управлінських трансформацій. Методика дослідження поєднує аналіз і синтез, індукцію та дедукцію, узагальнення, порівняння, систематизацію і класифікацію із системним та структурно-логічним підходами. Обґрунтовано розуміння організації як відкритої, проєктованої та коеволюційної системи; інтегровано концепції організаційного дизайну, платформного й мережевого менеджменту, процесних змін, цифрової стандартизації та резильєнтності; сформовано принципи контекстуальної відповідності, доказовості й відтворюваності. Практична значущість результатів полягає у застосуванні базису для діагностики, проєктування й оцінювання управлінських трансформацій.
