METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF EVALUATION OF THE PROCESS OF MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF MARTIAL LAW

Abstract

The article is devoted to the methodological principles of evaluating the process of managing production processes at agricultural enterprises during the martial law, using the example of the functioning of SGVK "Mir", an enterprise that specializes in the cultivation of grain crops (except rice), legumes and oilseeds. In particular, the article analyzes the impact of martial law on resources, technologies, personnel and other components of production processes. Methodological approaches to improving management activities in crisis situations are proposed, which will help ensure the stability and efficiency of production processes of agricultural enterprises during a military conflict. In modern conditions, the socio-economic development of the country must be directed to the formation of an effective agro-industrial complex. Given the growing competition in the world market, the sustainability of enterprises in the market of agricultural products is of great importance. The problem of constant growth of costs for agricultural production leads to higher prices for food products and dissatisfaction of the population. Therefore, managers of agricultural enterprises are forced to look for new opportunities to reduce costs and sell products at reasonable prices. Diversification of production becomes an important restraining factor in relation to the high costs of agricultural production and the key to ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise. This allows you to reduce the risks of high costs and flexibly respond to changes in the structure of demand on the market, preserving the organization's potential and production capacity. Strengthening of labor motivation and rational use of material resources can contribute to the efficiency of agricultural enterprises. A motivated employee works more efficiently, which contributes to the creation of more high-quality products. Cost management can be improved through the use of consulting services from specialists in this field. Today, the threat of war has not been completely removed in the world, new challenges and threats to Ukraine's national interests have appeared from Russia. In these conditions, Ukraine ensures the protection of national interests not only by political and diplomatic means, but also by strengthening its defense power. Historically, there has been a long-term trend of increasing the role of the economy in military affairs. The economy is the material and technical basis of defense preparations. Other things being equal, the higher the country's economic capabilities, the higher its military power. The "National Security Strategy" emphasizes that "the state of Ukraine's national security directly depends on the economic potential of the country and the effectiveness of the functioning of the national security system", and one of the main directions for preventing threats to national security is "increasing the mobilization potential and growth of the national economy". In this connection, the mobilization capabilities of the national economy become important. The agricultural sector is one of the key parts of the state's economy. The timely satisfaction of the growing military and economic needs of the state depends on the state of its resource potential, ability to reorganize for functioning in wartime conditions.
