SIMULATION OF THE LOGISTICS ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE WITH THE PURPOSE OF INCREASE INNOVATION POTENTIAL AND COMPETITIVENESS
Abstract
The article reveals the essence and significance of modeling in the management of logistics activities of the enterprise, the problems of logistics management of a modern enterprise within the framework of increasing competitiveness are revealed. On the basis of the analysis of the domestic packaging market, the most promising directions of the enterprise's development were identified, measures to improve the management and organization of the storage system were proposed, and the search for a new warehouse was substantiated. It was found out that the primary role in logistics is played by optimization decisions regarding the formation of product supply batches, reduction of warehouse transshipment of products, formation of economic ties. The adoption and implementation of these decisions affect the use of reserves for saving material and financial resources, the expansion of regional markets for goods and services. It has been proven that the successful implementation of plans regarding the requirements of effective logistics management requires the company's employees to constantly search for new methods, tools, approaches, functions, management technologies, which are simulations. The process of implementing modern methods and models of logistics in the activities of manufacturing enterprises to increase efficiency was taken as the object of the research. The development of measures to improve logistics processes, which carries out wholesale trading activities in packaging and other related goods, has been carried out. It was determined that the improvement of sales activity is a strategic management decision, the result of which affects the efficiency of the enterprise, since the inflow of financial resources and the formation of its profit are ensured by sales activity. Therefore, one of the most important indicators of evaluating the efficiency of the enterprise is the efficiency of product sales. The article states that with the help of a correctly constructed logistics model of a specific distribution network, it is possible to determine the optimal number of warehouses, at which the amount of transport costs will be the smallest. Thus, the application of science-based methods and models for the construction of logistics infrastructure will increase the efficiency of management decision-making. It has been proven that the use of logistics management will contribute to solving problems related to transportation and transportation, control of stocks and production plans, customer service and warehouse operations in regional warehouses, management of sales, orders, and more.
