ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS OF RATING ASSESSMENT OF THE STATE OF INVESTMENT CLIMATE MANAGEMENT IN THE NATIONAL ECONOMY: CURRENT CHALLENGES AND STRATEGIC PROSPECTS
Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the results of the rating assessment of the state of investment climate management in the economy of Ukraine in the current conditions of a full-scale military invasion and the determination of strategic prospects for improving the state of the investment climate of the national economic system in the conditions of revitalization. To implement the established goal of the scientific research, the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis – to study the essence of the investment climate; comparative analysis – to compare the rating positions of Ukraine with other countries of the world; statistical analysis; prognostic method – to assess the prospects for the development of the investment climate of Ukraine, in particular in the context of revitalization and integration into the European economic space. The study allowed us to formulate substantiated proposals for rating the state of investment climate management in the national economy. The analysis shows that institutional reforms aimed at improving the investment climate are key to ensuring economic stability and development. The main barriers to attracting investment have been identified, including a high level of risks due to military actions, imperfect infrastructure and instability of legislation. Promising directions for the development of the investment climate have been identified, in particular the introduction of special economic zones, infrastructure development, cooperation with international financial organizations and ensuring investment risk insurance. The study allowed us to formulate substantiated proposals regarding the state of investment climate of Ukraine, which is defined as a set of problems and opportunities that arise in the conditions of the transformation period. To create a favorable environment, it is necessary to implement systemic reforms that cover institutional, legal and economic aspects. The prospects for improving the investment climate depend on the state’s ability to ensure stability, transparency and predictability of business conditions. Only in this case will Ukraine be able to become an attractive platform for domestic and foreign investments, contributing to sustainable economic development.
